Booking & arrival

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at Elm Tree Cottage. To ensure that our guests and ourselves are comfortable and safe while staying at Elm Tree Cottage we have a policy of a minimum 24 hours between occupancy. This is non negotiable and for everyones benefit.

If you or any member of your party are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with anyone with Covid+ please inform us immediately before travelling to Elm Tree Cottage!

Government Directives

Please ensure that you are only booking Elm Tree Cottage by following National & Local government guidelines, including but not limited to the purpose of travel.

We will adhere to all current directives and should this impact your booking we will enact the Refund policy detailed below.

Refund Policy

If Government directives impact your booking we will offer a full refund.

If any member of the party is Covid+ or showing signs of Covid-19 please do not travel to Elm Tree Cottage. We will offer a full refund!

During this difficult time we will only do what is best for the health & safety of our guests and ourselves. Thank you for your consideration.
